Help 3-5 year olds in rural Haiti attend preschool and change lives for generations
Sadly, over 80% of children in rural areas of Haiti do not attend preschool.
The Immaculee Conception Primary School in Cavaillon, of which Monsignor Ignace Coissy is the director, has a preschool program for 3–5-year-olds: K3, K4 and K5 with a total of 6 teachers.
Currently, the preschool serves about 130 children.
Unfortunately, most families don’t have the means to pay tuition.
Therefore, the school needs assistance to:
-
cover salaries for each of the six teachers ($110 per month) and
-
provide a daily hot meal for each student ($1.50 per day).
You have an opportunity to solve this problem and change lives for generations. You can become one of our angels and help fund teacher salaries and/or daily lunch for one school year!
Teacher Salaries: The school needs 30 angels contributing $22 each month (.73 cents a day)
School Lunch: The school needs 120 angels contributing $30 each month ($1.50 a day)
